Hi, I'm Don Andrues. I'm a realtor and appraiser, and I've been full time in the residential real estate business since the eighties. I help people get the most out of their real estate endeavors, and here's how:
For many years I have been a licensed appraiser. I've appraised thousands of homes in Pasadena and surrounding areas for banks and lending institutions. This experience has provided me with insight on the lending and property valuation process that I happily share with clients in order to help them better deal with the intricacies of financing a home.
As a real estate agent, my appraisal experience allows me to provide added insight to home buyers and sellers. I strive to educate my clients on values and conditions in the market that will allow them to have an expert perspective. This helps boost their confidence and satisfaction with the home buying and selling experience.
I enjoy helping people understand how the real estate sales process works and how they can make the most of it. Over the years I have presented public seminars and taught classes on the subject of "How To Prepare A House For Sale." Audio programs I have developed include "How To Boost Your Home Value With Improvements That Pay." Currently, I produce videos on "Fun Local Things To Do" that are geared to help people learn more about the community.
My goal is always to provide people with knowledge that will give them understanding, power, and skills that will help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, my interests include living with my joyful wife in Pasadena, being a member of the Pasadena Rotary Club, traveling when possible, and playing guitar in local music groups.
